The role of learning styles in business has been highlighted by the ground-breaking EntreBraineur Report (2010).
This exciting research into the learning preferences of entrepreneurs in Northern Ireland identified a common pattern of learning in entrepreneurs. It has important implications for education, government policy and in business. Fingerprint Learning was involved as Learning Style Specialists in this research into the how entrepreneurs learn. We profiled the learning preferences of 55 entrepreneurs in the following categories
- Commercial
- Social
- Young
- Male
- Female
Details of the research can be found by going to the corresponding link on ‘Research Papers’.
The role of Fingerprint Learning in the Research demonstrated the validity and value of our expertise and experience in identifying individual learning preferences i.e. the learning ‘fingerprint’ of an individual’s brain. In this study we utilised our experience in assessing the features of right and left brain dominance. (You can find out more about this in our Education section.)
Significant benefits for Business can be gained by the insights gained through the EntreBraineur Study. The study demonstrates how an understanding of Learning Preferences will improve the running of your business.
