FPL offers two services that apply Learning Styles to business.

Learning Styles in the Board Room

Most MDs and CEOs do not have the time to attending training programmes that enable them to identify the psychological traits of their colleagues and staff. They delegate this to others who choose which assessments to use from a large range of options on the market.

However, FPL has developed some simple tools that MDs and CEOs can learn and use with a minimum of training to enable them to understand themselves and their colleagues better.
